Folk
music tells the stories of people and places, and Canada's James
Keelaghan is certainly that kind storyteller. Seventeen years after
his first album, he has established himself as a singer songwriter
with an international following- and a
compelling ability
to tell the stories of himself and his land.

Land's End in Cornwall, England, reaches out into the Atlantic
Ocean into what were uncharted waters before the time of Columbus.
The chamber ensemble of the same name was created to explore the
boundaries of contemporary music, and to create compelling aural
experiences.
Land's End Chamber Ensemble features an array of extraordinary performers, mostly residing in Calgary, who share an enthusiasm for bringing classical music into the 21st century. The players of Land's End are: Elizabeth and Marcel Bergmann (piano and keyboards), John Lowry (violin) Andrea Neumann (violin/viola) Beth Root Sandvoss (cello), and Dr. Mark Hopkins (conductor).
